ticket printer rejects new tickets

i ran out of ticket and bought more. when i feed in the new tickets, it goes about 3/4 of the way and spits it back out. the black squares      ( registration marks ? ) look to be the same as the old tickets.  the light says paper, then in goes to ready for a second, the in spits out and says paper.  it worked fine till the tickets ran out.

Did you load the tickets into the printer or trying to load them from outside?

Are you sure you have the black square up? The side that gets printed on is on the bottom and the black square is on the top right as you look at the printer.

Most of the time what you describe is the paper inserted the wrong way.  Here's a photo of where the black mark should be.
