Installing Extra Button Panel in BB1

I am adding the Extra Button Panel to my BB1 and wanted to make sure I was connecting everything correctly.
I have included a picture so hopefully it will help.

Here is how I have it connected:
From the Extra Button Panel , connect the ribbon cable to animator board.
From the animator board, connect the RJ45 cable to the SPN 1 Out on the hub.
From the Hub, connect the SPN In 1 RJ45 cable to the WMS BB1 mainboard and also connect the DC power cable from the hub to the mainboard.
Hopefully everything looks correct

Does the animator board get its power from the RJ45 or does it need additional power?
I am not sure what the small LCD board is for and where is goes.

The button gets power from the RJ45.  You don't need extra power for that.  Everything looks correct.  The little LCD board is actually a display button for the bb2 OLED panel.  I don't know why you would've gotten that with the kit, other than the shipper just included it as an extra or it got "dropped in" by mistake.

Got a chance this weekend to wire up the EBB deck and everything works great. We are now up to our ears in GoldFish.
