Hmmm...; I've never seen one either but, in electronics, when a machine runs for a little while after startup
and then craps out, it implies a component is failing after warming up. Your open-door-reset-close-door routine would not take very long, so I would predict the failure after that clear process occurs in a shorter time than the first, if a temp-sensitive component is the problem. So,.....
1. Is that first failure consistent, XX plays or YY minutes after machine turn-on?
2. After you do the re-set, does the problem return in the same number of turns or minutes, or is it sooner?
