IGT s2000 1270 Board Can not Clear Teminal Disabled HELP

I cannot get TERMINAL DIABLED cleared on a S2000 w/ 1270 Board !

Keyed it and set all settings as to other machines I have ! Got this machine today and TERMINAL DIABLED showed up when turned on so I removed the Varta battery and U16 thinking
 that may help. But it is still there. The machines I bought are straight from Casino.

Did you go to 6.1 and turn it back on. I received a few machines from a casino in WI and all I had to do was enable them in menu 6

Dan,   you probably will have to CLEAR it using a 224 clear.  then  re key using the 45.
