BB2 Bill Validator Comm Error Need Help!!

Had an mei in my machine and am changing to a uba 10. Installed the unit and tried jumpers on the backplane J1 2/3 J2 1/2 and J3 2/3 and also tried J1 2/3 J2 2/3 and J3 2/3 but can not get the unit to work. I connected it to the tool suite and it had id003 and I even flashed a newer version on the BV. The red light is on but unit does not cycle. It was tested working by a seller here on NLG.  My question is what does the harness look like and want to make sure I have the correct harness. The harness looked to be brand new and when I got it the harness was packaged.

Check your Jumpers on the UBA10 CPU, although it is ID003 (RS232) the UBA needs to be set for TTL (Netplex settings) for WMS games

Yup. Figured it out. Needed to be in photo coupler isolation. Found a manual finally on how to do that.
