Coin in jam and wacky display

Anyone seen this before?
I picked up a new machine for a Vision conversion. I got it home, popped a new battery in, turned it on, cleared normal errors and all worked well. I connected all of my harnesses, swapped software, keyed the machine and now it's gone wacky. I pulled the SB and BGM and popped it in another Vision and all worked well. I put it back....wacky again. Swapped MPU and IO, still wacky. Now when I key it I get coin in jam and none of the buttons work. I have cleared it as well using 224. Key 45.

This is a normal 7 button deck that was multi-denom at some point but no longer in use.
Any clue what I may have done? When I get back home I will remove the Vision harnesses and go back with the original chips and see what happens. Any help would be appreciated. I've built 4 Vision conversions and have never had an issue like this.

Try changing out the door I/O cards.

It seems it was one of my harnesses for the top box netplex plugged into the wrong place. I'm just glad I didn't burn anything up. Not real sure how I managed that??? 


All is working as it should. Once I could key the machine again I enabled the printer and the coin in error cleared.
