Primary Sas down Error

   Well, not everything can always be easy or we wouldn't learn. I have Two new five real S2000 five reels and I am working out the kinks. I was tinkering with my Triple Double 7's and replaced both batteries and am now getting the Primary Sas Down error. I went back and printed out the old post on the old sight. Not quite sure about what chips I need to get the game back up and running. Understand Jim's directions which are step by step and feel I can perform them. Just looking for assurance. Help is appreciated.
