Universal Double Fortune Tilt Error 95

I have a Double Fortune and have had it for a few years without issue.... But recently I have been unable to make it play due to these errors..... I think at some point a payout was unable to continue due to hopper run out.[/sizei]

Whle Tilt light flashing ( [win meter] 19,95,51)I have done the RAM clear (all 3 buttons on CPU for 3 seconds during power on). I have replaced the battery on the CPU (was fuzzy but no corrosion on pcb).Having a hard time understanding the test functions and how to use them...

The problem is the 95 error. 51 is door was open and 19 is a ram clear was performed, both these two go away when machine is played. The 95 causes the tilt. The mpu sees the dollar bill validator cash can as not in place. Try removing and reseating the cash can. There is a little microswitch in the back of the cash can rack. (also try reseating the mpu as this is the most common reason for all kinds of errors)
