IGT S+ Double Diamond Deluxe 62-1 Error

Hello, New here just talked to a local repair guy who ran me through just a reset option on the machine and it didn't clear the code, but I was short on time on the call so i had to get off.  I just got this IGT S+ slot machine from an auction and took it home and powered it on and got the 62-1 error code. The reset option in the manual did not work. So i am trying to find out the necessary action I need to take. I saw other post saying not to use the clear ram chip ( I do not have one as I just got the machine) trying to figure out if i need to buy one or not. when I had my board out i noticed that there is no reel chip on it ( do not know if that is needed or not). just trying to get this thing up and running all help appreciated!

Welcome to NLG. If there is no reel chip on the board, you will need one. Can you post a picture of the board and machine? Those will help us identify what you need.

You have a 3cm (3 coin multiplier) machine with a 10mhz board. I'll add a link to the reel chips for that machine. I use a 97% payback in my DD/Deluxe machine. As Ken said member RB can fix you up.
