I have a double triple diamond deluxe with cheese.   Was working fine..hubby put a quarter in and poof!    flash and all went dark.   All i have now is a little click that happens after i turn the main power on.   Time to learn lots about this machine.   And glad I became a paying member.   Will be asking lots of questions and have started scouring this site for all the info i can get.

Is that the picture of what it's doing now? It looks "not dark" to me. Power it off, then on. Let us know if there's any error codes showing.

no that is what it should look like.   nothing comes on at all on the machine.

Sounds like the power supply failed. It’s located behind the reels on the back wall. Reels just pull forward to remove them. Grab them on the bottom by the reel number. The power supply has a thumb screw on the left side. If it’s loose the power supply could have came loose from the cabinets plug. It sit on a mounting bracket screwed to the back wall. You could also check your power cord to make sure it’s plugged in tight inside the game.

I think you are correct.  Was able to take the power supply out, put it back in.  Turned unit on and saw a flash come from the pwr sply.   Will order a new one and see what happens.   Thanks!
