Missing sound EEproms

I recently purchased a game program of Action Gaming Triple Play Poker and no sound EEproms came with it. The seller says he doesn't believe it had any as he played it with no sound. I'm not sure that makes sense to me. Does anyone know if that's the case or have an idea of which ones I need to complete the program?

My set does not have any sound proms either.  Do you have a set of generic 46's to try with it?  Those will probably do the trick.

I have Action Gaming 100 play poker which has sounds. I am having trouble believing 3 play wouldn't especially if it were used in a casino. Maybe the 100 play sound EEproms will work but still need to confirm if or which sound EEproms came with it.

Yes, looks like 100 play uses 4 sound 068 eproms, or a DSS00068 simm.  There is nothing on my list for triple play sound.

Do you suppose that Simm would work for triple play? Nothing bad will happen if I try it correct?

For what it's worth I have triple play/Five play installed on a 3902 board.  Uses Sw00046 Eproms for the sound

Thanks Tilt, but unfortunately the chips arrived with not original stickers and only say action triple play, etc... in hand writing.

The version Triple play poker I have the game and base psr's have no sound info.

The machine will tell you what they are.  Press the MPU self test button -> Accounting -> Program Version Accounting.  The screen will populate with your software version information in 30 seconds or so.
