Anybody have a Gen2 SAVP/SMLD? Light question..

I have a handful of SMLD and SAVP Gen2 cabs that ALL have the same issue.

The machine does not see the 'light controller' so the lights just do the default pattern with no reaction to game play. The wiring is all OEM, the machines were untouched since retired (other than wiped).

ANY tips? Like is there a certain OS needed to 'see' the controller on Gen2's, or is there a file needed to communicate with the lights?

Power harnesses connected along with a USB, thats all I see running them and no spot for an actual controller like the 4 LED Polygons have in them..


Solved.. Some games just do not react like we'd think.. Like the polygon toppers do that have the controller board inside..

Make sure in Setup/Machine/Lights you have it set to allow the games to control the lights.

With games like Firehouse Hounds they all turn red, the Game King Poker games are all blue, etc.

Also, game controlled or customer optionable AVP lighting is only available in OS AI014-A03 and higher.
