Hooking up a FutureLogic PSA-66-ST (NETPLEX) printer to a Game King

I don't know why but I'm stumped.  :rotfl:
Keychipped a Game King loaded with Cleopatra....game works perfectly except for the printer.
MPU won't pick it up the PSA-66 or sense it via Netplex that I've connected a printer. (Works fine in an S2000....just a little dusty....need to clean it up)

Go into GK Peripheral Device Setup and only really see 3 options...>>> B.V. Tilts / B.V. Clear CRC / and Bill Change Mode.
What am I missing?  :Scratch-Head:

I'm thinking that I may not have the right Netplex Cable ...swapped it from the 12-pin to the 8-pin....maybe wrong cable pin-outs?
I think the dips are okay because really an S2000 is the same as a GK?

Just thinking of pulling the pins out of the 12-pin Molex and re-configuring them to wok with the 8-pin Netplex Molex end.
Thoughts? Help!

Not the same as "Peripheral Devices Setup" in the Game King Operator Menu?

Only other option is:  [Netplex Peripheral : Maint Port Options]
If I click on it, I get to do the "Netplex Pass Through" by turning the reset key.
Still doesn't pick up the printer.

Never changed...BV box was always blue and says "Enabled"

Printer box is white and also says "Enabled" and works as well.

[Bill Change Mode] box still white and "Disabled"
