Help, bb2 topper connections

im putting a bb2 topper on, I have 5 connections from topper,  my question is which connection is for the led lights for the outer ring?   Here is a list of connections
1, ground(short wire-probably to one of the mounting bolts)
2. T/b.  Small black 6pin molex(what does t/b mean) 2 purplewires 1 black
3. Dc. 3pin molex 1black,1 blue wire
4.p1, 5pin molex( assume this power wire)
5. ? 6pin molex. Only 3 wires, white,green,black (what does this feed)
  Problem is the led lights do not work, what to test ? Voltages?

Everything gets plugged into the left side plugs on a bb2.  Just look for the mating connectors.  The outer ring is powered by +12 volts.  The 6 pin molex cable is for the candle, there should a mating connector wired in the top box.

rickhunter, which plug controls the outer ring?   my fluorescent center is working, the service candle is working, but not the outer ring..

I will check on my cabinet tonight, but it should be the 3 pin dc plug as it is powered by +12 volts.

1. Ground short wire, just tie up to something that is grounded.
2. TB this goes to the top box connector on the side panel, allegedly it controls the leds on certain games, although mine is unplugged since the fooler board connects there as well, but my led ring still works.
3. The DC 3 pin molex powers the back lighting for the insert. (this is the CCFL type weird shaped bulb).
4. 5 pin molex (AC Power on the left side of the cabinet), this one powers up the led ring
5. 6 pin molex (in my case it is black/yellow/white)  This is the candle.

My topper is the one with the multi-colored leds.  I don't know which type you have.  On my topper, the ac goes into a ac/dc adapter attached to the metal plate that holds the topper parts inside.  Then the dc power goes to a board that controls the leds.

Ok all that sounds good , but the a/c power wire(5 plug molex) there isn’t a spot on the “left” side to plug into??   There is a spot on the right side for it?   This make sense.....
