How long should "configuration in progress" take when changing to a new BB2 game

Trying yet again to load Airplane on my BB2 game, I've cleared it with a CPU-NXT Ram Clear card, put tge Airplane game & OS card back in, powered back up, leaving the door open and its still showing configuration in progress, its at 10 minutes right now with no change. Am I doing something wrong. I dod not have an OS 13.21card, I have a 13.20 in it now. I have the following other OS cards in that range in case I need to use another:


OS13.15
OS 13.34
OS 13.35
OS 13.37
OS 1673


Hopefully someone can help me out before this machine gives me a nervous breakdown, lol!

It just tried to load the game, stopped at the 56% mark then a big call attendant icon came on the screen, I opened the door & turned the key on the side & now it says Machine Fault, press test switch to select restart, turn attendant key to perform. I did that & now it shows ASSERT FAIL, screen resolution not available and some other info

As a note, this machine was running with WOZ Ruby Slippers & LOTR Two Towers just fine with no issues before I tried to change it to Airplane

Don't know if it matters but this machine has an OLED deck with 13 buttons

My H13 games including airplane with no issues
