e 1000 had a hard time starting fix

Hi All
the e 1000 would freak out when turning on all relays and solenoids would buzz flash on off make all kinds of bad noises  I would turn off and then on again and most of the time it would come on then sometimes just setting there on and idling it freak out again. so I checked the power supply and all looked good. but checking the ESR on the big cap looked good but when I checked with my CAP checker it was acting funny so I changed it out with a cap I had in my junk box (pulled from a stereo amp) and now it starts right up.  :cool_thumb_up:
does any one know what casino it came from?
