Storage Authentication Failed After Game Install

Hey everyone,
 
So I installed 5 or 6 new games on my g23, booting with ekey 7 and the files(not sure why I did it that way). Now I am getting a storage authentication failed error.

I used the diagnostic key to remove the files but I am still having the same issue.

I noticed after looking closer at the files that a game zip file somehow got into the zip file of another game, could this have caused my issue?

I'm not too sure where to go from here, maybe a ram clear? or does it sound like I need to re-install the OS?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Anyone have advice on this?

I tried wiping cabinet memory and safe storage but no luck, I’m assuming I need to wipe the HD and re-install the OS but I’m not sure which OS I need. The machine came with a usb drive of OS A1014BOC but I have no idea if that is the right OS. Before the problems my machine showed the OS as avp014-00597. Will A1014BOC work? Do I need any additional files when doing a fresh install like a config file or feature package?

I could really use some help on this.

I'd wipe the whole thing and reload it.  B0C is what you had loaded.  You shouldn't need anything other than the diag key, ekey, OS, and the game loaders.

Awesome, I was able to get the OS installed and the machine is back up and running!
