BALLY E2000 error 71

Hello Guys, i buy a bally E2000 (criss cross) as "is"
This games is modified by fortuna automatten in holland;
I read and the others topics for e71: door is open, or reel read error or coin acceptator dead or missing.
I check the reel, (is ok), door (ok, i check switch)
I think the probleme is coin acceptator, in this machine, is missing, and they add a sub card (see picture) for manage credits
110V input in this card,
3 wires for lamp (credit accepted / insert coin)
2 wires for coin lockout1 flat cable to lcd (number of credit)1 flat cable to coin acceptator
question : which model use of coin accepator ?

It usually has a mechanical coin acceptor and a coin switch with wire.
