TITO @ Home issue (Appreciate any help)

I recently purchased a Tito @ Home (for my Bluebird 1) and have been working with Brian to try to get it working.


I used a multimeter to determine which pins to use. The pcb is reading correctly at 3.3 volts.
Everything appears connected properly. I go through the settings provided with the device using the RAM clear card.
Cables are seated properly. DB9 correctly connected to the backplane


However, when I press the service button, no credits are added.


I'm kind of out of ideas to try so I figured I'd ask if anyone has had a similar problem in the past or may be able to suggest something to try.

Issue was resolved. If all settings match verify that the cable is plugged into the correct host comm port based on settings. There are a total of 3 db9 connectors in a bluebird machine (host comm 1, host comm 2, and the service/GAT port).

I had incorrectly connected the DB9 cable to the port to the left of the game card slot.


It should go to the bottom left corner side on the board below the NXT cage
