hopper adjustment question

hi so on my double double diamond when you insert coins they go into like the stand drop box / floor and not into the hopper.how is this adjustment made to make them enter hopper.thank you

there is an solenoid next to the coin optic board directly underneath the cc-16, this solenoid controls the flap that will either direct the coins into the hopper or into the stand drop opening. there is a probe inside the hopper that will energize the solenoid when coins get high enough and make contact with the probe, move the probe all the way up to the top of the hopper bowl (there are holes every so often to accomplish this), or unplug the solenoid, ( a two pin plug on the back of the cc-16 bracket.
