Press Play to resume printing message-Can't clear

I have a 2001-2004? Spielo PowerStation 5 VLT. Was working great until I decided to recalibrate it. That was even going well under the printer jammed. I cleared the jam. A message was on the screen reading Press Play to resume printing. I hit play and nothing happend. Shut the machine off, the play button lit when turning it back on and still nothing, At this point I have unplugged and replugge everything and cannot get this error message to go away or have the printer finish printing. I do not have a clear key and cannot find any on line that look like the chips in my cpu.  Any suggestions?
