I wish I knew. I got the board to work with my test chips and some minor repairs but when I put in the customer's game chips,one set at a time, I found U3 and U4 bad, then U12 and U15 were bad.
I got those working with some replacements I had, the game would still not come up so I removed U18 and U20 to read them on my box and read then compare results on both of those being bad.
I could do a read but verify results in an error.

Sooo, 4 of the chips were replaced and worked but the last 2, the really important ones were bad.
This is for a Bally S5000, I'll try to get a picture from the customer.

S5500 and S5000 chips will work on either system.

Finally got a picture of the game.

I believe SMI 6948 or 6949 match that theme.  Unfortunately I don't have either. I do have some chips marked "E064911x-05 Naughty Nickels"  which is the number you posted. I'lll mail them, but don't know the smi or other information.

The picture shows the variants.

Hello, I have both e-proms U-18 and U-20

E597711X-05 
Both e-proms are original Bally. I have no way to test them can only assume they were pulled from a working MPU board. I have probably 19-25 MPU boards for S-5500 and e-proms. I want to sale, but I don’t have a machine to test them in.
