IGT s2000 Slotto- help

I bought this machine and worked for a bit. I bypassed the door optics as the optics would never line up putting the Door M error up. I did the bypass using the cherry switch that l learned here. Now it's giving a code for Door MB and the bill validator. These have been bypassed as well. There is no battery on the board so I know that's not the problem. I have the chips for the board to program the machine. I do the two first chips and then when I put the game chip in I twist the reset key four times to get to the menu to reboot and now it says Door Open. I need major help if anyone can please help me with this. It's an awesome machine and would like to get it working.
