Is this S2000?  Most likely an R-Board with boot chip based on the number of  paylines.

Yes they are r-boards...there is no software on the boards as these games from West Virginia or virginia.. I don’t remember which state but they do not let software leave the casinos from

VA does not have casinos yet although some are being planned so must be wva games
