Sigma PT-2B Help needed!

I have a Sigma PT-2B video poker machine and when I go into the settings and enable the bill validator and then reset to play mode it automatically goes back to disabled. I'm pretty sure SW1 #4 & #7 switches have to be turned to the ON position but I can't do it from that video setting. I took the board out and examined it but didn't see anywhere to adjust this. Can someone lend me a hand so I can get this machine to take bills please. I know there is an updated board in it because the cpu is a Vx4, when the board that it originally came with it should of been a Vx1 or Vx2 from what I have researched. Help neeeeeded

You may find jumpers or unpopulated spots where the dip switch banks should be, you can either hard wire them, or add a dipswitch banks.
