Got It running...
Cleared Eprom

however there are a few issues I need with setting it up.

Try pushing the cash-credit button to lite it up right before you insert a dollar bill.  You are in cash mode and need to be in credit mode.  Also it sounds like the BV is set to .50 denom.

Push the cash-credit button, it should lite up. Then insert a dollar into the bill validator.  It should now give you 2 credits if BV is set to 50 cent denom.  You will have to use a set15 to set BV to .25  After that you should get 4 credits instead of 2.  If this does not work you have to check some other settings (like 5_0 and 8_0)  As long as the cash-credit button remains lit you should get credits when you win instead of paying quarters also.

So I replaced all all the buttons and now the cash/credit button works. When I press the button now and it is lit up,(Never Did That Before) & the credits now stay in the machine when you win only, But when i insert a dollar bill it ejects 2 Quarters out instead of staying in the machine.

Do you have a set15 chip?  Still need to set denom of BV to .25 

Which SP is in machine?  Need to look at the 8_x settings to get BV to give credits.

Lol yeah I just realized that...So I will try it again. and yes i do have a set 15 chip.
its a SP1271

So I did used the Set15 chip and changed the Denom to .25 and now i get 4 credits.
Also when I light up the credit/change button first I now keeps the 4 credits in the machine.

Yep....But now the pull handle is stuck in the downward position...hahahahah Man too funny. Fix one thing then something else. It still works but only moves 2-3 inches now.
