Will these fans work? G23 Kortek Monitor

Hello, I just picked up my first G23 and after sifting through the valuable information on this site I am doing some upgrades to the machine before firing it up. I installed 4gb ram, picked up a SSD to replace the HDD and ordered 4 new fans to replace the four on the back of my main monitor Kortek KTL220MD-04 . I ordered what I thought was the same four (Delta EFB0612HHA) but when I received them I realized these fans had 3 wires instead of 2 wires that the originals had. I’m pretty sure the extra wire is just a ground but my question is if I just connect the black wires and then connect the red wires, and cap the ground wire will they work as they should. Thank you

the third wire is not a ground, it is the tach signal to tell a cpu the fans speed.  You can simply cap it off with no ill affects
