IGT AVP Invalid Monitor Type! Bottom Screen Supports Widescreen or MLB Only

(IF THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT FORUM, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE I SHOULD POST AND I WILL DELETE THIS ONE) 

I have an IGT AVP Trimline slot.  I went to play a slot game and the screen went black and came up with the green screen (attached).  I opened the front door and turned the key as instructed.  In then received the red screen (attached) saying it was a recoverable error.  I opened the cabinet and pressed the reset key to view the system log.  Then I turned the attendant key to clear as instructed.  The machine then said, "Initializing system..."  After about 10 minutes it come back up with the green screen again.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the game that caused the error via diagnostic. Very few ReelDepth games will work with standard video.
