1270 varta start up issue

Good afternoon everyone!!!

i know, i know...geesh...another 1270 varta issue...

1270 worked find with varta and u16...took both out

board will not boot up...all light on or atleast flash...i hooked up varta, machine boots up perfect
as machine is working, i remove the varta and machine continues to work as designed
again, with varta removed, machine will not start
hopefully ive explained this well enough for you to understand
ive sent this same message to Lookes, just checking to see if anyone else would have an idea first

there is a very easy fix for this problem, Lookes will have to respond.
