IGT Multi-Poker Coin Comparitor

I am trying to fix a IGT IA70C Multi-Poker machine. Quarters drop right through to the winners bin. I don't see 24vac on the yellow and black wires. The small credit switch doesn't seem to work, The machine has about 300 credits on it. Is there something telling the comparitor to not run? I can trigger two of the three coin sensors (I think its A I don't see). I can also get the gate to move with the test menu. Also, some of the hold/cancel buttons don't work using the test menu. Is there wiring diagrams or service manuals for these machines?

Could be credit limit setting run the credits down to 290 and see if it starts accepting coins.

The credits seem to change powering the machine up. I now have 2280 credits. Is there a way to reset the credits vs running the quarters out? I don't have that many quarters in the machine and I have to keep reloading the hopper.

Also, I see the Coins Door Open in the lower left of display. Is there a switch on that door?

You can pull the battery off the MPU board if it's not soldered in.  If it is then you can pop the CMOS RAM chip out of it's socket and re-insert it.  That will clear the credits and other data.

Any info on the "Coins Door Open" shown on the display? I don't see a switch on the coins door. I assume that's the smaller lower door.

That's showing "Coins in 5" and Door Open, not Coins Door Open.  It's seeing the Main door as being open.  Make sure when you close it that you push the latch all the way down.

It looks like it's just trying to pay out the 2,280 coins that are still on the meter. You can try the suggestions above, or just keep dumping/recycling coins into the hopper until it has paid them all out.
