PHOENIX THERMAL PRINTER ISSUE ON FIRE LINK

Good afternoon hopefully someone can help me out with this. So got new wiring harness for the cabinet mounted game, ran wires etc plugged everything up and can’t figure out what’s going on with the printer.

1. Put money in bill acceptor and adds money to game then it prints out ticket showing how much I just put in bill acceptor

2. Hit ticket button to cash out ticket and takes money off machine and no print !!
Swapped dip switches to where they supposed to be and on menu of game made sure that was correct even tried on all the settings and still same thing.  Only thing I can think of is the coin in / out wires are not where they suppposed to be. The harness I bout is a 36/10 harness but it has a plug that you can plug  and plug into another plug to run firelink/ or fusion 5 board.

I downloaded the firelink game board manual and don’t know if this might have something to do with it but shows like 4 different Pinout being

2.red board
3 Alice
4 Formosa

If anyone has any ideas or can help me get this going I will be glad to pay someone for there time. Thanks have a great day.

Give us an idea what model printer is in there...that would be great.
