WMS BB2 Upright Unusual Error ?

I wanted to install a different BB2 game this afternoon, to help someone out.
Pulled out the CF cards, threw in known-good Clear card in the OS CF slot, as usual.

First screen pop up is fine, displays "America Megatrends" and various "Auto-detecting Pri-Master", memory, sizes, and Bios, etc, etc.
However, on the 2nd screen pop up, this messaged appeared and halted...>>>

UBE REVISION v0.02.01 CHECK

FOUND ONE SECONDARY KEY AT 0x0df5d9.

BIOS FLASH VALIDATION
ROM segment d800 length 8000 reloc 9000

Failed to probe the PCI base address! Error[0x2]

NOT READY TO VALIDATE PARTS. Halting.

 :banghead: "Halting" ?!!?!?!??!  :hissyfit:

It took awhile...maybe an hour, to figure it out.  :sherlock:
I was able to fix it and get the Clear card to finish it's Clearing procedure. :cool_thumb_up:
What would you do to fix it?

No...I tested them before inserting...one was 3.22VDC, the other was 3.19VDC.

Now I cannot remember what I did to fix it...lol

That was it, yes...I changed out the Adastra board.
Pushing down like the HULK on that spring hook for the heatsink is a PITA...lol
