S2000 Printer Name change

I have ready all post on how to change the home location for the printer. My issue is when i get to the option page and click data entry.
As soon as i choose my first letter the letters and numbers start scrolling contiguously and it wont stop until i push the service button several times to stop . The characters look odd for the lettering Has anyone encounter this type of issue?

Whatever deck button you pushed to start it scrolling....is stuck?
I would take it apart and clean it.
Sometimes guys put too hot of a bulb in them and the lamp heats up the return spring inside and swells up the plastic body.
See if you can take out the lamp and tell us what numbers are imprinted on the glass wedge?

All the bulbs are 658 and they do not feel hot. Note after i changed the bulbs and restarted i am not sure if when pushing the button numerous times to get it out of the printer name change mode the cash out light now flashes. It never flashed before. Did i , by clicking so many times maybe changed a setting in the printer to enable the flashing light? Its very annoying to me and i like to have a solid light.
Another thing . now when i press the cash out button it says
press cash for ticket.
before it would just print on first push.

Somehow, you've enabled the setting for Player Cashout Menu (Option: [3.1.7]).
