Coin Hopper jam

I cant see the section to the right but do you have the wiper that should e off to the right of your image?

Several years ago someone put a penny in one of my machines, and it completely stopped everything. The penny got up inside where your quarters are jamming. Its not fun getting in there but Im afraid you really don’t have a choice, if you pull the hopper and use a bright light you might be able to see something stuck in there. I don’t see anything wrong with the knife.

Although it's been forever since i've dealt with hoppers, here's my take:
Take a pair of channel locks and make the space where the coins come out more narrow.
This should do the trick!
