If someone doesn't replay you can pull the potentiometer and determine the value. They typically have a 3 digit code on them that translates into a value. Unless someone has a board with one they can pull, your chances of getting one exactly like it are slim. Most important is to note if it is a 3 or 4 leg.  Bob Roberts (http://www.therealbobroberts.net/) has a page dedicated to the different types of pots and often has replacements for each leg format. The knob might not be exactly the same, the pots with finger slots are getting hard to find.
