IGT AVP: Change Game King roulette payback percentage

I have 2 Gamekings and player just out right killing me on roulette. There's only 1 option for payout percentage for single 0 roulette. Are there any update to adjust and lower this percentage???

No, Roulette is a set odds game.  The roll of the ball is random.  Only thing you can do is install/use a roulette game with 0 and 00, and then disable the single 0 version.

What I would suggest is limit the bet.  Set the max bet lower on the game to reduce the chances of getting hit with a hit and run.
