Futurelogic Gen2 Universal Printer

How do you change the info a Futurelogic Gen2 Universal Printer is putting on a tito?

No mater what machine I put it in it still prints the same casino name and addy.

Hmm...what machine?

For S2000s you have to use the deck buttons, while looking at the VFD display.
Those are really painstaking...lol

With BB2's, you press the diagnostic button to get into the menu screens.
Once in, touch the orange Setup, then>>>Voucher/Bill Setup>>>Voucher/Data Setup to change printer stuff.

It’s for an Aristocrat Viridian.

It setup the name and address through the software program but still comes up with the same info on the ticket.
Same info on the Tito no matter what machine I put it in.
