Bonus Wheel will not stop spinning

I recently picked up a Dragon Wheel slot machine and this is my first machine and there are a few issues. I am not posivite where to start trouble shooting. The main problem is that the bonus wheel up top spins constantly. I looked and all the connections appear to be good.  I have ordered the clear chips for the board and I was going to try a clear and see if that would fix the problem.   
 Is there any other places I should be looking to trouble shoot this? Any help is greatly appreciated

Does the wheel have a battery?

Once it's cleared and  calibrated, wheel will stop. What type of clear chips did you buy? This game, you need to use the removeable clears chips because you have to keep the factory mains in this game. U28 & U43. Leave in clear chips will not work. Replace the 3.6 volt AA battery on the MPU.  Once you get the correct clear chips, clear it, keep door open until the reels stop calibrating and then watch the bonus wheel finish it's calibrating. Then prees the service button on the outside of the door. Then you can close the door. PM if you need help.

I did order the set of removable Bally Slot s6000  Safe ram Clear Chips U-28 and U-43. Hopefully I will have them Monday evening. I will double check the voltage on that battery as well
