Sound question

First time owner of iGame machine...

17 inch with the 3902 MPU.   When playing the game and the reels spin on the screen you can hear a very annoying sound and the only way I can describe it as if you spun a wheel and it's hitting the peg as it spins.    Is this normal MPU sounds or is the sound board going out? I did try another MPU and same results.     I did go into the diag menu under sounds and picked the one where the reels spin and I do not hear it it only happens during live play.    Of course in the casino you prob do not hear it but at home really annoying even when the volume is turned all the way down.

Yes.   Even at zero still can hear game sounds

Is the sound pretty equal from both speakers?
Do you have another sound board?

I have a couple that do this as well and have not had time to troubleshoot them and find a solution.

Haven’t purchased a new sound board for it yet.  Wanted to ask here first to see if it was normal before doing it.
