IGT SAVP Could Not Find Library SystemEx.so error

I'm having a really hard time with this 3 Reel SAVP.

No matter what I do, I keep getting this same Error.

It started with a 2.5 Brainbox, same error. But played fine the week before.

I did all I could do with the 2.5, so I installed a 3.0 to see if it changed anything.

Same error.

Swapped in 4 different PCI Cards, changed Batteries, changed Ribbon Cable, put 3 different Hard Drives in it and even put in a pair of Show Boots. Still, nothing.

It won't go past Authentication Successful on the USB Drive when trying to Boot to the Diagnostic and eKey7. It authenticates the HDD and the USB , but then errors out and reboots.

I've even tried just loading the OS and Game, it loads then fine, then reboots to this error.

I'd like to be able to get into the Diagnostic Menu to wipe everything, but I just can't.

Where do I go from here?
