WMS BB2 loaded game does not appear in setup to configure

I recently got an error on my BB2 “low battery NVram 2”.
I replaced the two batteries in the MPU, ran the clear chip, reinstalled the game.
Everything seems to start up ok, it indicated that the game was loading (I tried two different games)
I went through all the setup steps, but when I Got to Game Setup, it said I had to configure a game, normally it shows the game and the options, but now it says no games are loaded to configure.
What am I missing?

I think you're not setting the Denom Configuration for the game.  If you don't do this, if you go to Game Setup, it will say there's no games to configure.  While it says Game Setup, it really isn't.  In most games, you don't actually configure anything there anyway unless the game has a top box with the option to disable it, like Wizard of Oz, and you would disable the top box in the Game Setup section.  But with most games there is nothing you actually setup in "Game Setup".

Review this, you'll likely see what you missed.   If you don't have a Tito card you can skip that part of course.

At 3:14 in the video, Setting the credit limits.

Then after clicking SET. 

At 3:34  Go to Denom Configuration to set the denomination/lines/odds for the game itself.
If it allows you to set more than one denomination, ensure you set each to the same odds and number of lines for each or it will cause a tilt when you exit.

That't really where you are setting up the game.  But until the Denom Configuration is set, if you go to Game Setup, it will say no games to configure.  And even afterwards, while you would then be able to go there, you generally don't have any settings there you can, or need to configure.

Thank you SO much for steering me in the right direction. I have had very good luck with the BB2 games, this is the first time in four years I had any issues, and I simply did not follow all the steps in the right order. Thanks again.
