Will this used LCD monitor work with my IGT gameking 19”

So yeah, this is my first post in this forum.  Nice to be here!!

The question I have is whether or not this LCD monitor will work with my IGT I-plus 19 inch gameking slot.  Someone is offering to sell it to me, but I gotta find out if it’ll work or not.  I have tried searching diligently, but I cannot find any info on this particular monitor and whether or not it is a touchscreen or not?  Any help from people in this forum would be greatly appreciated.

That's a Tovis 19" inch monitor, judging from the IGT part # 68727400 REV A. and part # KTL1905-21

Make sure the seller tests it first for video and touchscreen operation.

So are you saying that it is the proper monitor with touchscreen, and I just need to make sure it works?  Or are you saying that it might not have touchscreen capabilities?

Nope ... I never said that. 
I just Googled the numbers on the photos  of the labels you posted, and they all point out to Tovis-made 19" LCD's.
There's no way of knowing if those are the labels from the LCD or even if that mount enclosure is the correct sized one.
YOU need to ask the seller from what machine that frame, and LCD came from and whether or not it has a good, working touchscreen.
He/she could measure the actual size of the LCD diagonally with a tape measure from inside edge-to-inside edge, to see if it's 19" at least?
It has to fit your framing bracket on your cabinet door.

Just for reference, I have a 17" GK.
There's only one label on it and it's on the back of the monitor cover.
I pulled mine out and took a picture of the monitor and frame.
You can clearly see that it has that green touchscreen circuit board mounted onto the back of the monitor enclosure.

I gotcha.  I’m new to all of this, the guy said he got the monitor from a guy who took it out of a gameking.  He doesn’t have a way to test it so maybe I should just move on.  Unfortunate cause these are hard to find used.  Is there anything I can look for in particular with monitors to see if they are touchscreen without them being powered on?

You also need to make sure the monitor connector matches what your machine has.  Some have 19 pin others have 25 they need to match.

Well, if you look closely, you can see that on the edges of the glass panel, there appears to be the staggered, etched traces on the glass.
The reason why they stagger the circuit traces on the edges of the touchscreen is so that way the entire glass area on the glass becomes like a "field of electric current".
When you put your finger into the "field" on the glass, the green touchscreen circuit board is like a minicomputer, calculating where your finger is on the glass.
That green board for the touch screen driver board might be underneath the back panel in your photo...in my photo, they've attached the touchscreen (TS) board to back of the LCD panel.

Anyway, ask the seller to send you a picture of the plug...to see if it's a 19 or 25-pin plug.

Yeah, I’ve already confirmed It’s a 25 pin plug.  I was kind of thinking the same thing you were about the circuitry around the monitor.

He did send me some more pictures.
