Need info on setting up printer on a BB2 without Tito

BB2 with a Gen 2 printer. Prints void voucher under diagnostic tab. In validation setting I only have system and enhanced options. I do not have standard. Jurisdiction is Mississippi. Question I have is witch jurisdiction chip will allow standard setting?  Thanks for any help!

I would try a Maryland or Columbia sjur chip.

I've seen some mentions of using standard, but with a Tito, you select the system setting for validation.  Using a Tito card, I had no issues wtih a MISS JUR chip.  But any win over $1200 will still always force a hand pay as you can't set the hand pay amount over $1200 unless you use a Columbia JUR chip.   

So I only use a Columbia JUR chip so I can set the hand pay limit to $1,000,000.   And just connect resistors to the harness for the hard meters across each of the two contacts for each meter.  Then it thinks the meters are present, but they aren't, so there's no clickity click of hard meters.      Then you can play forever without a hand pay being triggered, and it will print tickets for any cashout amount.

Just me, but I wouldn't bother with the printer setup until you get a Tito card.  You can't accept the printed tickets anyway without a Tito card.  But at least you know your printer is good to go.

I would just set it up for now to hand pay all cashouts so you can just turn the key after cashout to clear it to 0 credits and get a Columbia JUR chip.  Pretty sure there are youtube videos for setting it up so it handpays all cashouts for now.

Get and nstall the Columbia JUR chip.  And once you get the Tito card, you already have the printer ready to go.   So you just connect the Tito card, and then it's REALLY simple to update the settings to print and accept tickets, as well as press the Service button to auto add credits to the machine.  Setup instructions for your machine are provided with the Tito card..

With the WiFi module, you can connect to the Tito with WiFi from any PC/Phone, etc.  And change how many credits are added when the service button is pressed, and a few other options in a pinch.

Well worth it.  Especially if you have more than one machine.  Any machine of any supported type machine with a Tito card can print/accept tickets, and the tickets printed by any machine will be accepted in any other machine that has a Tito card installed as well.   Not just the machine that printed it.
