WMS 550 Life of Luxury XU3 may be corrupted. Looking for answers/help.

I bought a soft ram clear chip and new batteries. I replaced the XU3 chip with the soft ram clear chip and battery. According to the instructions, it should get me into a diagnostics screen (with the soft clear chip inserted.) It says i should hear a bling sound like when the machine starts up, but i dont. The screen is on, but black. Upon replacing the soft ram clear with the XU3 chip, the machine boots up and says the soft ram clear was successful and that the data was restored. Then the machine attempts to start up, making lots of beeping and clicking noises, but i'm met with an error like "Stack to low at: 'long string of numbers,'" which i'm pretty sure means the machine failed to boot up. Then i get an error saying "Tilt! System corruption" or "Tilt! Auxillary corruption." usually something involving corruption. So, is my XU3 chip fried? Is there anything i can do or try to do? Any help or answers would be greatly appreciated!

There are various versions of the ram clear.  If you got a universal ram clear, you would have booted up to a menu where you can select things like coin comparitor, jurisdiction, and denomination.  If you didn't, you didn't get a universal clear.  Did your supplier said if it was a universal clear?  Did you insert the clear chip with the notch facing the right way?

I do believe it was a universal clear chip. The clear chip was inserted with the notch facing the right way as well. I’ll link the product.
