WMS BB1 Call Attendant/ game freeze

I have a bb1 dual screen that keeps freezing up. It was working fine, then o e day I turned it on, played for a few minutes, and "call attendant" popped on. Wouldn't let me do anything. I rebooted and the reboot halted mid way. I tried again, and it booted up to the game, played a few spins, and it froze again.  Is this a power supply issue or...? Once or twice since..I'd power up and get nothing at all. Usually it powers up to the game..let's my play for a bit..then freezes. Pushing the button inside has no effect

Have you tried to re-install game and OS? Sounds like a software issue. Had the same problem with my BB2 and a Lord of the rings Game.
