Help WMS BB3 auto rebooting error

I have a WMS BB3 running gremlins that keeps rebooting during loading.  This issue has been occurring for a while and usually I just resolved it by powering off and back on several times and the game would finally boot. Now, no matter how many times I power cycle. The game will not load. Troubleshooting I’ve done before making this post. Replace the batteries, cleared card and attempted to load game. Replaced power supply. Bought a new WMS bluebird game and clear and tried to load it as well. Bought a new Graphics Card E4690.  And the issue persist throughout all those changes. 

Last line of text is agpgart 0000:00:00.0 Intel HD graphics (see photo), then it cycles a reboot and I cannot get further.


Any and all help would be appreciated. I’m thinking about buying another new Graphics Card. Maybe the one I bought has the same issue as my old one.

Have you tried reseating everything in the CPU?  Video card. Memory stick and SSD.  I will spray deoxit into the socket those components go in and take a pencil eraser and clean the edge connectors of the components.  Be sure all your fans are running.  You might also consider removing the heatsinks. Cleaning them reapplying fresh heat sink paste. 

Has anything else changed like game or anything?  Also be sure all your voltages are present on the backplane board and on CPU when it errors.

Does it take soldering to reseat everything?  I’ll have to google a video on how to do that .  I have thermal paste already so at least I have that covered and erasers. I have done that yet.  Nothing has changed in the machine, it has been acting up for a long period but after several reboots it would load the game.
