PROGRESSIVE SET UP FOR 2007 BALLY S9000

Hey everyone....Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  I have an older Bally S9000 5 reel progressive and have cleared it and set up everything but the progressive continues to say invalid progressive numbers.  I have no idea how to set the correct progressive combinations.  It is a 14 button 1cent with tito disconnected.  I found on Youtube a close version that goes to protocal on comm set up but I'm lost from there.  ANY help getting this running will be so helpful as I had to change the batteries and now its not working.  Thanks so so much.
