experiences with nomad gaming?

i bought a used wms 3.0 splash oled panel and this panel i have only used two weeks and i understand it is barely out of the 30 days warranty but hoping they would throw me a bone on this. it died mid play and has all red solid rings around buttons, i have tried everything on my end as a brand new usb cable with ferrite chokes, a clear and install of H13.471 os but it still is dead. the problem lies within the pcb board. asked if they could please have their techs look at it   im wasnt asking for handouts im willing to pay the parts and labor but as it was literally only in service 2 weeks i was really hoping they would help me.   i have tried multiple times and emails but just get crickets

Everything I've bought from them has been very clean and held up well. I bought both 3.0 and 2.5 panels from them. The 2.5 panel had a big cut on the big button but the 3.0 panel has been flawless for many weeks now.  Sorry your luck was not better but I did have them highly recommended as a parts provider... and I usually get 1 day shipping from them since I live kinda close to them.

I've bought stuff from Nomad, a while back.
I cannot remember if it was before, or after Covid.
I don't recall having any problems with them.
They must be somewhat overpriced, because I don't remember buying anything from them more than once.

I think they may have multiple sales offices but I know they have a presence in Austin TX.

I have bought several things from them. Mainly because they are a veteran owned business which I like to support.  Everything came fast and at a good price but annoyed I can’t get a call or message back.

You build a business reputation with service. It bothers me that you can't get a call back. That's where we are these days. Buying parts in this business can really be a crap shoot.

I have found that most companies tend to not cater to the hobbiest or collectors . They want to sell massive amounts to businesses.
