Bally S9-1 w/ Alpha question after battery change - clear card?

Hi all...  Slot newbie here.  I'm trying to get this machine working at my mother's house.  It had been working for years, but was unplugged for a long time.
She was recently widowed - and I'm trying to have things to keep her busy, as she's just starting to struggle with Alzheimer's.   

My first question - is the model, as shown in the pics, S9-1 the same as an S9000?  I see a lot of reference to S9000 machines with Alpha OS.  But, I can't find any reference to an S9-1.  Are they the same?

Now - on to the real problem:

After a bit of poking around I was able to find the three CR2032 batteries that needed to be changed.  Did that and cleared the low battery message on boot.

I'm now at a !!!FATAL ERROR!!! (477) NVRAM Driver Mount Failure
Best I can tell, the EEPROM needs to be cleared with a clear card - so that the OS can be re-written and to let the machine boot.

I found a cross-reference that says I need an AVOCLEAR 336-01 card.  However, I'm looking for that image.  I've got plenty of CF cards laying around - and am hoping that I can find the file and drop it in, so I can get this going for her.

I've added a couple of pics to show exactly where I'm at, what I'm dealing with, and what OS and Game CF I have.

Can anyone help me out with this, please?  I see some of the cards on ebay...  But, given that I've got cards here - and I'd like to get this going for her ASAP...  I'm hoping someone was able to point me to a download or would be willing to share an image of the fiile needed to flash a clear CF card.

Yes you need AVOCLEAR335-01 since you have a 336 OS
