Bluebird prints tickets but doesn't read them ?

My first post ! Got a Bluebird (Neptune's Kingdom II). It will print tickets but the machine doesn't recognize them . In diagnostics it will read the number off a test ticket, but nothing off a ticket with a $ amount. Any ideas? Thanks

Not sure about yours but IGT won't read them without a TITO installed.

Shaggy is correct. The machine cannot read/validate the tickets and apply credits since it is not linked to a casino system. Every time you insert a ticket at a casino, checks the validity of the ticket (confirms it is authentic and amount is correct) then transfers those credits on to the machine. Without a back end system to  validate the ticket, the machine cannot accept the ticket and apply the credits.


We have a few members on here that have designed TITO (Ticket In, Ticket Out) systems that may work with your machine. I know of 3 for sure, Brian, Bettor Slots, and Foster. Maybe check with them and see if their systems will work WTH your machine. The installation is fairly simple and cost is under $100, I believe.

There is a reply right above yours about setting up the TITO for these machines. Ros is right they are available and can do what you want. And by the way Welcome to NLG!!!

Thanks, I tried as what you mentioned about the above poster setting up TITO. But what you are saying is I need an extra board with a program. I'll see what I can find.

Yes, you need an additional piece of hardware for TITO acceptance.  BettorSlots, bhinkley, and foster all have a system.  They have different features so it's up to you to see what best fits your needs.
